Joseph Noujaim is a Lebanese entrepreneur who has left his country for more than 20 years and then returned to invest his skills and experience as a Chef and Consultant in Lebanon.

Joseph was born May 30th, 1981 in Jounieh, Lebanon but due to the country’s difficult circumstances, his family decided to leave Lebanon in the year 1995. At the age of 12, he ended up in Tegucigalpa, the capital of a beautiful country called Honduras in Central America.

He grew up helping out his parents in their work, the food industry, which had a great impact in his early years and education.

Joseph started working with his family in their Italian restaurant, Gino’s Pasta-Café, in the year 2001 which made him want to make a career out of the industry. Later on, he opened his own restaurant with a wide selection of International & Lebanese dishes. With more than 20 years of experience in the food industry, Joseph is a creative person with his culinary ideas, creative in his inventions, out stands from his work, and today he is a star in the world of cooking and food creation.
